• Empowering Students Through Genuine Learning

We primarily offer online tutoring and focus on enhancing our students’s knowledge rather than just spoon-feeding them their assignments. We strictly discourage such types of practices.

• Expert Support for Engineering and Science Students

We generally serve students from engineering and science subjects. We offer proficient assignment help, academic support, and online tutoring from our expert tutors specialized at their field.

• Privacy and Communication Guidelines

Students should not share their personal information directly with the tutors through online meetings and classes. If the same happens, TutorZip would not be responsible for any kind of privacy invasion and fraud if not asked for the same for some sort of urgency. All communications must be conducted through TutorZip coordinators. 

• Resolution of Disputes Through Collaborative Meetings

Any disputes or disagreements between students and tutors will be handled via online Zoom meetings, and the appropriate decision will be made after proper discussion and proper understanding of the reason for the dispute.

• Accountability for supervised Interactions Only

In case of any sort of personal communication established between the student and tutor outside the supervision of TutorZip coordinators, we are not responsible for any scam or potential fraud if it happens. We take full responsibility for the actions happening under our personnel supervision and advice.

• Refund Policy for Unsatisfactory Academic Support

In case of any substandard academic support or failure to meet the student’s expectations, students are eligible for a refund of tuition fees.

• Payment Structure Based on Task Complexity

The payment is completely based on the complexity of the task and the subject, as well as the efforts required for the task.

TutorZip restricts unique Thesis Project Work from being reused or shared.

Our highly skilled tutors with expertise in their respective fields offer guaranteed academic guidance to the students. However, the success of the outcome entirely depends on the student’s ability and willingness to grasp the concepts and daily revision.

The payment for the tutoring service will be made after the completion of the task for most of the time. However, in some rare cases, if we find a student suspicious or have reservations, we may ask for minimal upfront payment.

Students should provide the necessary documents well in advance to ensure proper guidance and meet expectations.

TutorZip protects students' and tutors’ data including personal information, project details, university details, professions, contact details, and social media account information.

Cancellation of any scheduled session must be informed prior 24 hours by the student. The same applies for the tutors as well.

Students should treat the tutors with respect and in a well-mannered way. Students shouldn't use rude or disrespectful tones to communicate with the tutors and coordinators. Disrespectful behavior or tone will not be tolerated, and the student may be banned from the platform.
